At the beginning of our relationship, we’ll work with
you to understand the position based upon your requirements
for educational background, experience, job history,
geography, and any other requirements to fold into our
sourcing and marketing campaigns.

Typically, our clients have relationships with existing
job boards and have internal systems where the potential
candidate’s resumes are stored. ReachingTalent will work
with your existing job boards and internal repositories
to effectively find the candidates that meet your requirements.
If needed, we can create a custom client database from
your dispersed talent resources (additional fees may apply
for custom client database).

Once we know the positions your looking to fill and where
to find the talent, it’s up to us to apply our considerable
marketing skills to drive them to your business. We’ll
work with you to craft the precise message you want to
convey for each position, utilize your graphics, and then
we’ll apply our marketing know-how to get them to open,
read, and click-through to your site.

We’ll work closely with you to determine exactly where
you’d like to drive the candidates. In most cases, it
is back to the client’s web site or public career board
where the candidate will register, gain more information
on the position, and apply so your recruiters can do what
they do best…. selling the candidate on the opportunity
and company.

Like any successful business, measuring our success and
yours is mission critical. We’ll work with you to fully
understand our reporting criteria and make sure we are
meeting your objectives. Once our program begins, clients
are encouraged to provide feedback to our staff within
48 hours on the qualifications of prospective candidates.
The program can be expanded at this point if you need
further candidates. Upon completion of the program, you’ll
receive a report with:

summary of the campaign activity and release sequence.

detailed analysis of our success.

evaluate this report together and discuss the results and
