6. Do I need a subscription career board account?

Most of our clients already have public career board accounts that give their company the paid right to market to prospective candidates. Some of our clients have their own database of customers that they want to source for specific jobs. And some don’t have anything. In all cases, we are able to work with you to find the best possible solution to effectively drive candidates to your job postings.

7. I need to reach talent FAST. What is the turnaround on a marketing campaign?

This depends on the requirements of your specific position. With our PointSource service and your branded compelling message, a campaign can be launched in 3 business days. That's as little as 72 hours to get the qualified talent you need, applying to your job.

8. I can send email to prospective candidates from my career board account.
How is ReachingTalent different?

You can send email to candidates all day long as an individual recruiter, but try sending tens of thousands of emails to qualified talent. It just does not scale or give you the ability to track candidate responses and submittals as a result of your message.

10. What kind of success can I expect?

We have over a 90% success rate in driving candidates to our client’s job posting. Like any successful business, measuring our success and yours is mission critical. We’ll work with you to fully understand our reporting criteria and make sure we are meeting your objectives. Once our program begins, clients are encouraged to provide feedback to our staff within 48 hours on the qualifications of prospective candidates. The program can be expanded at this point if you need further candidates. Upon completion of the program, you’ll receive a report with:
  • A description of the locations where the resumes were sourced.
  • A summary of the campaign activity and release sequence.
  • An example of the email campaign that we used.
